Privacy Policy
We believe helpful tools should be transparent about what they touch—even when they stay lightweight.
Introduction
LoremIpsem (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website as a static Lorem Ipsum generator intended for designers, developers, and content teams who need plausible filler text quickly. Protecting privacy starts with restraint: many features run entirely inside your browser, so the content you compose or preview normally never leaves your device.
This Privacy Policy describes the limited categories of information that may accompany a visit or message, why we rely on them, how long they persist, and the choices available to you—including how optional advertising may be gated by our banner when AdSense is enabled. By using our site after reviewing this summary, you agree to the practices described here where applicable.
Information we collect
Automatically collected data. Any public website—including static pages—typically receives diagnostic signals from browsers and servers. Depending on where and how our files are hosted, standard web logs might include timestamps, the page requested, referrer headers, generalized device or browser fingerprints, anonymized geography, or IP addresses rotated into security logs.
We intentionally avoid rich behavioral trackers: there are no signup walls, dashboards, or user profiles tying those signals to identifiable accounts on this minimalist deployment. Administrators may still inspect aggregate logs purely to troubleshoot outages or abuse attempts.
Information you provide voluntarily. If you email us at happy.mynds@gmail.com, you choose to share your email address and the contents of your message. We use that content only to respond and store it only as long as needed for a helpful reply unless applicable law mandates a retention period.
How we use your information
Lorem-generation requests execute locally in JavaScript whenever possible, which means paragraphs, sentences, and word lists are stitched together inside your browser without being uploaded through a proprietary API belonging to our team. Clipboard actions likewise rely on your operating system integrations.
Server-side resources are invoked only where necessary—for example, delivering fonts, ensuring TLS certificates rotate correctly, or processing contact emails. Operational staff may correlate error patterns with sanitized log excerpts to prioritize fixes, yet we do not sell personal details or monetize granular visitor histories.
Cookies and local storage
We keep the site fast by honoring your aesthetic preferences with browser localStorage. When you toggle dark or light mode, that choice persists between visits strictly on your device. Clearing site data resets the palette but does not remove other copies you may retain elsewhere.
Optional analytics & ads. When enabled in our deployment configuration (js/site-config.js), we may load Google Analytics (GA4) for aggregated measurement and/or Google AdSense for programmatic ads from Google’s advertising partners. Those services may use cookies, mobile identifiers, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies to measure visits, cap frequency, fight fraud, and—where permitted—show ads more relevant to inferred interests. We do not receive a reusable list of “your ads choices” beyond what Google exposes in product dashboards; Google acts as an independent processor/controller under its own policies for those features.
When Google Analytics (GA4) is enabled in our deployment configuration (js/site-config.js), it may load on normal page visits for aggregated measurement; we still apply Google Consent Mode signals as implemented in our scripts. When Google AdSense is also enabled, our consent banner can record your choice for advertising-related storage before those ad scripts load; labelled ad regions stay collapsed until you accept ads. Choices persist in browser localStorage under loremipsem.consent (see cmp.storageVersion in site-config.js). Clear site data or use cookie settings in the footer to reset your ad preference. Operators may disable tags entirely via analytics.enabled / adsense.enabled, or skip the ad banner only where legally acceptable via cmp.enabled: false. You may also use browser controls, industry opt-outs (where available), or Google’s Ads Settings / Privacy tools described in Google’s help center.
Functional cookies emitted by fonts or CDN providers inherit their domains’ expiry rules; inspect your browser developer tools whenever you wish to revoke them granularly.
Third-party services
To respect typography aspirations without bundling heavyweight font binaries, pages load curated families via Google Fonts. Google’s CDN may observe network requests aligning with Policy URLs; refer to Google’s disclosures for granular detail on telemetry opt-outs where available.
When turned on in js/site-config.js, Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate traffic (for example popular pages or coarse geography). When turned on, Google AdSense inserts creatives inside clearly labeled “Advertisement” regions on our pages; advertisers bid through Google’s auction infrastructure and may personalize creatives using data collected across sites and apps according to settings and regulations applicable to you.
For deeper disclosure see Google’s documentation on how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, its Privacy Policy, and resources linked from Google Ads / AdSense help centers.
Should hosting providers introduce edge caching layers, those vendors process requests solely to accelerate delivery. Material changes to analytics or ads will be reflected on this page.
Advertising transparency
Relationship. We operate editorial tool and guide content ourselves. Commercial placements appear only where configured slot markup exists and AdSense is enabled with valid IDs; Google facilitates matching advertisers and creatives.
No endorsement. Third-party creatives do not imply our endorsement of advertised products or services unless we expressly label sponsored editorial separately (we currently publish no native sponsored articles).
Children. We do not knowingly configure advertising to target users we identify as children; if you believe ad behavior conflicts with applicable child-protection standards, email us referencing this policy.
Data retention
Contact submissions remain in our mailboxes or service-desk tooling only as operational memory requires. Routine hygiene tasks archive closed threads after ninety days unless a legal hold applies. Automated security logs expire according to upstream infrastructure defaults but are never aggregated into marketing dossiers.
Your rights
Depending on residency, statutes such as GDPR or CCPA may grant access, portability, correction, or deletion pathways. Residents can email us referencing this policy plus verifiable identifiers (without oversharing government IDs unnecessarily) to exercise those rights promptly.
Because browsing is pseudonymous unless you voluntarily email us, exercising rights often boils down to clearing localStorage plus requesting removal of archived conversations related to identifiable headers.
Children’s privacy
LoremIpsem targets professional audiences and contains no knowingly child-directed gameplay or incentives. Users under thirteen (or sixteen where stricter statutes apply) should involve a guardian before submitting personal data.
Changes to this policy
We annotate material revisions with refreshed “last updated” metadata at the top of this page whenever layout or infrastructure shifts meaningfully—for example adding analytics, rewriting hosting regions, or enabling optional accounts. Routine typographic tweaks may roll out silently while preserving substance.
Contact information
Questions about privacy practices—or requests verifying how your message was handled—may be sent to happy.mynds@gmail.com or via our contact page. We aim to acknowledge legitimate inquiries promptly even when nuanced legal review slows final answers slightly.
